Had a great time!! We were helped by Kelis and she was amazing and very accommodating!!! She helped with numerous things and was very knowledgeable. Our group of over 20 had a great and easy managed time thanks to her! Thanks girl you rock!
Brenda is a joke to the craft of customer service. Lazy, obtuse, and altogether incompetent and just doesn’t care about her reputation on impression on first timers. Niya was wonderful she was the first person to greet us and last person to check on us before leaving. Even she apologized for the bad experience, yet the manager excused Brenda and attempted yes ATTEMPTED to chastise me for complaining and Brenda not knowing protocols or procedures.
