I received exceptional service late on a Friday afternoon at Supercharge Batteries on Somerville Road. The two guys at the front counter went above and beyond, providing the kind of customer care you rarely see anymore. They didn’t just sort out the new battery quickly and professionally, they also carried it out to my truck and took care of disposing of the old one. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Service like this is hard to find these days, but these guys still deliver it in spades. Highly recommended.
