It has been more than a year and we are still fighting our full refund for a $2500 package that was never delivered due to numerous excuses from the company. As of next week, we will proceed with legal actions. Please reconsider if willing to use this company.
From the moment we walked in the door we were met with positive, friendly energy by Jon. He really made my husbands birthday feel special from the beginning! The whole experience of the day was fun, friendly & turned out quite social as we joined Jon & his family & friends for lunch at the winery. Just an added bonus for the day My husband & I honestly had the best day! The thrills inside the car for both of us was Definitely worth booking the couples drive package.
My ten year old son was treated exceptionally well by Sebastian and the team. I bought the experience in a shopping centre 1500kms from the Gold Coast. I was on a payment plan. Initially dubious about it but my son had the time of his life. We were treated so well. Thanks Sebastian!!!
It was an amazing experience. We were placed in a penthouse with an extraordinary view. They adjusted the planned route for us and specially adjusted our travel time according to the weather. Very caring and thoughtful, I give them 10 points for their service.
