They don’t respect the appointment times. They just started placing people in front of me when it was my turn. They said I would be THE LAST one to drive the car. They’re responde was “that’s just the way it is”. Terrible customer service and terrible experience.
Great experience
The operation runs on storage facility, no waiting area, we had to wait for an hour outside.
Best experience ever, my husband loved it ! Very professional group and take their time for everyone to experience the ride.
