It’s taken me 24 hours to write this because I needed to take some time to process our conversation… First of all, I have no doubt that this woman is a talented headhunter, when she wants to be. She dug deep to find out about me and asked thoughtful questions. However, the call started to take a turn when she questioned my math, repeatedly.
