Bought a new Icon helmet, asked if they could change out the shield for me. I watched as the guy painfully and clumsily tried to take off the snaps with a coin and finally gave up and told me to try and maybe watch a YouTube video myself at home to figure it out. Never seen a bike shop that doesn’t have a pair of needle nose pliers at least. If they can’t even change a helmet shield I don’t know if I would trust them with anything substantial, like an actual ride. Avoid.
Awesome place, to get a bike. They are great at financing, and have a huge selection of bikes, and all the workers are wonderful and know what they are doing. Definitely recommend coming here!!!
Great inventory 1 star for that. But, the sales manager is not up on his game. He quoted me one price for down payment over the phone then after driving an hour to get there, they wanted way more money than we discussed. Deal Breaker. I was already pre-approved for the loan, had cash in hand, but he apparently didn't do his homework properly and wasted half of my day. I'll never be back!!! There's alot of better organized dealerships in DFW!
