I bought a 2017 bmw r1200gs from here. It was the first purchase I have done without actually seeing the car/bike in person. I was impressed by the bike for it's low mileage and overall condition. Purchasing the bike out of state was easy and the salesperson and finance manager were prompt and responsive. I asked the salesperson to send over the used bike inspection prior to sale, which he never sent. Stupidly, I told myself “How bad could it really be” and finalized the sale anyway. Unfortunately, the bike itself is not in the greatest condition. Update 3 hours after posting initial review: Spoke to John and then Shawn- turns out the check was posted but Victoria didn’t send the information over my way. I received the check the amount is clear. I updated my stars from 2-3 and the only reason I am placing negative stars is the lack of communication.. Wow just wow, I was blown away by the professionalism And care towards superbike showroom rooms customers, Shawn and his team were very honest and they educated me on my decisions towards my bike . This was 10/10 the best experience I’ve ever had I would RUN!!! Back to buy and other bike here and everyone else should to, his team was well oiled and on point they moved like a proper team.
These guys wayyyyyyy overcharge for their motorcycles. They sell high mileage bikes for way too much money. They’ll claim it’s competitive and market pricing but it’s primarily greed. Buy private or from another dealer that isn’t this one. - Can’t post a response to the reply so here’s my edit. I talked to these guys in person. Most unkind, unjust men you will ever deal with.
