We walked in and walked around a few minutes before anyone greeted us as they were all on their phones. We were fully prepared to do paperwork and walk out with a bike but the gentleman that "helped" us did about everything he could to NOT have to do paperwork and run numbers after we asked repeatedly. He was so unprofessional and could honestly care less when we walked out.
The other positive reviews hopefully means Superbike Showroom isn't a scam operation, but I wouldn't know it from my experience. I'm almost definitely going to to need to get the courts involved because it's been almost five months since I purchased my bike and I haven't received my registration or plates. They told me the former owner didn't pay off his loan, and in their view that's my problem even though my deal was with them. If you don't have the time or resources to hire a lawyer, avoid the drama and go somewhere else.
Went there for an install of a rear tire on a victory cruiser they have the best rates in town I was in n out of there. Definitely deserves the 5 star rating... At least from this guy!!!
So glad I found this place! I bought one and sold one, so I got to see how easy it was to do both. Didn’t feel pressured at all. Shawn was always on top of any questions I had, showed great patience when I would act up, and has kept his word. The bikes are beautiful and the staff was always helpful. Overall a good experience.
