Drop shipper with customer service that really struggles to get out of first gear. Communication went nowhere fast and when there was an issue, there seemed to be very little interest in actually resolving it. Don’t expect them to go the extra mile or even make it out of the driveway. Based on my experience, I’d recommend taking your business down a different road
Do not buy from them! Requested to return an item because my motorcycle had been stolen the day after I ordered the item and I no longer had the motorcycle that I ordered it for. I hadn’t taken the item out of the original box it had only been taken out of postage package. Superbike supply wanted to charge 20% restocking fee! What a greedy money grab! It was within 30 days since I ordered the item. No discussion. I will not be buying anything from them again. Find another supplier.
Bought a Helite airbag vest from them.Excellent advice regarding sizing, fits perfectly. Delivery was within the time frame they advised- it’s an overseas supplied product so got to expect it to take a bit of time. Communications were great, every txt message I sent was promptly answered. Thank you
DO NOT BUY If I could put 0 stars I would. Company is obviously only run by 1 person Purchased an M4 exhaust, took over 1 month to receive it during this time I contacted the company multiple times for an update and received responses like the courier had picked it up but never scanned it, at this time still hadn’t received a tracking number.
