Brian and Melvin came to my home to clean my carpets as well as my tile and grout. They were both very friendly and clearly knew a lot about the carpet cleaning process, taking time to explain each step along the way. Brian even sent me photos during the cleaning so I could see the progress, and the difference was amazing! We recently had the carpets on our front porch cleaned. The person who first came to our home with different carpet cleaning options was very friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions. We were pleasantly surprised that the cleaning service was scheduled just a couple of days after this visit.
