We recently moved into a new home that needed some cleaning. We reached out and Roman met us right after closing to clean the carpets. In our first week, we also had Roman and his team clean the tile and grout, as well as do an odor removal treatment to get rid of cigarette smoke smells in the lower level. I had an excellent experience with this carpet cleaning service in Plano. The technicians, Roman and Cory, were very friendly and made sure to explain every step of the cleaning process to me. They checked in several times to see if there were any other spots on my rugs that needed extra attention or special care. I really appreciated that personal touch. Cory is truly dedicated to his carpet cleaning work. He spotted stains and problem areas in my home that I hadn’t even noticed myself.
