Superb Milpitas Carpet Cleaning did a great job with my air duct cleaning. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and Earl was very helpful with setting things up and answering my questions about the process. On the day of the service, Nolan arrived on time and explained what he was doing as he cleaned all 12 vents and the dryer vent in my home. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I’m very happy with how fresh the air feels now and would definitely use this service again.
We had a great experience with our air duct cleaning service in Milpitas. Earl, the technician, was very reliable and made sure our whole system and all the ducts in our home were cleaned thoroughly. He also came back for a follow-up visit right when we needed it, which we really appreciated. The customer service Earl provided was excellent and not something you see often these days. Last summer, I found out my air ducts were in bad shape and really dirty after they collapsed because they hadn’t been installed right before.
