Kai was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and worked really hard to get our carpets looking like new. The price was very fair too. We have been extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning service! Lucas is very thorough when it comes to checking and analyzing both rugs and carpets. We had a big water problem in our basement when our sump pump stopped working and the whole area got soaked.
