I've had my carpets cleaned twice now by this company in La Mesa, and both times the results were fantastic. My stairs had a lot of tough stains and were full of dog hair, and I hadn’t even vacuumed before they showed up. Clarence took care of everything, including vacuuming and deep cleaning the carpet. What a wonderful experience! I left a message and Clarence called me back quickly. I was able to pick a time that worked well for me, and I didn’t feel rushed or squeezed in. When they arrived, both technicians were well-dressed, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I found out that having a new couch and an old dog can be a tricky mix. One morning, I woke up to a big puddle that had soaked into our large chaise cushion. No local cleaner in La Mesa could handle it since the cushion was too big, but Lucas from the carpet cleaning team gave us hope! I recently had my carpets cleaned, and Kai did an amazing job. He was able to get out some tough old stains and completely removed pet odors from my carpet. Kai arrived right on time, worked carefully, and explained the cleaning process so I knew what to expect, including how long the carpets would need to dry.
