Bottom line: HONEST. I wasn’t sure how to handle a stained carpet area after a plumbing leak, and was worried about possible mold. Kai and Lucas came to check it out and told me the carpet just needed a good cleaning and drying, and there wasn’t any major mold issue. They explained I could handle a small patch myself, and I didn’t need expensive work done. They were polite, professional, and extremely friendly. A+.
they did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and furniture. i really appreciate that kai always makes sure i’m happy with the results before leaving. if anything ever needs a little extra attention, he takes care of it right away at no extra cost. he checks in to get my approval and is always willing to fix anything, though there’s rarely anything that needs fixing. kai’s dedication to his customers and commitment to using the latest carpet cleaning techniques will definitely keep me coming back in la mesa.

Lucas cleaned my carpet and tile, which really needed a deep clean. He did an amazing job! Kai also worked on cleaning my windows, and they looked fantastic when finished. They returned later with the right equipment to make sure every part of the job was done perfectly. I’d gladly have them back again for more carpet cleaning work.
