i can’t recall the technician’s name but his badge number was 392. he was super friendly, very polite, and made our home carpet look almost brand new—even though the carpet is over 10 years old! the results were fantastic. i gave him a tip, but by mistake i also included an extra $100 that was meant for something else. after i called the office and explained what happened, they got in touch with the technician. he came back right away with the money and thanked me again for the tip that i meant to give. my experience with th... read more
