I bought a house that was custom built by Superb Custom Homes. I just want to say I am extremely impressed by the workmanship and attention to detail by this company. There was absolutely no concept of cutting corners and everything was done in accordance with code and extra care was taken with every aspect of the build. Although I love this house, if I do get one built I know I will be acquiring the services of Superb Custom Homes :)
Many people warned us that we would likely hate our builder by the end of the build; however, by the end of our experience with Rich Kligman of Superb Custom Homes, we felt quite the opposite. We built a home with Rich and his team of trusted tradesmen in the past 5 years. From the beginning of the relationship, honesty, value and professionalism of Rich and his firm were evident. We used Rich and his company Superb Custom Homes when we did a total renovation to a home we purchased in Novi. Rich was fantastic to work with and his employees were very skilled, honest and pleasant. Rich personally monitored every step of our renovation and made sure we were happy with the completion of each step. Rich Kligman is an outstanding guy and we would always recommend his company.
