Jonah was fantastic! From my first phone call to him fitting us into his schedule and even arriving a little earlier than expected, everything went smoothly. He did a wonderful job cleaning two large area rugs and two smaller ones. Usually, my main concern with carpet cleaning is how long the carpets stay wet, but Jonah let me know they should be dry within 4-8 hours. jonah and bradley came out to clean our old carpets before we put our house up for sale. the carpets look so much better now, and they also cleaned two runners (i actually watched the lighter runner change color as jonah went over it). after i booked the appointment, our cat spilled a full cup of mocha—coffee and chocolate all down the side of the recliner and onto the carpet. i did my best to clean it up since they weren't coming for a while, but the stain was still easy to see! it took a few tries, but jonah and bradley go... read more

The whole process went smoothly, with our address and details handled correctly, and Bradley found our place without any trouble.
