Our service visit was very pleasant, and we had ian helping us. He was very professional and friendly, and he took great care with the carpet cleaning. He also removed wax from my floor that i could not get up no matter what i tried, which was a huge help. The carpets looked fresh, clean, and well cared for, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. We will definitely need more carpet cleanings for our guest rooms, and i look forward to having ian do the work again. I heard about the carpet cleaning service on the... read more
