After my car was backed into, I had to get it repaired and went to a few different places for estimates. Out of all of them, Superb Auto Appearance & Collision Center was by far the best. I would like to share my wonderful experience I had with Superb. Hands down what a professional and reputable company. I dealt with a gentleman on the phone and he said bring it by that same day. They were busy but they squeezed me in. Kevin the owner, great guy by the way, came out and checked out my first issue, which was a rubber piece on my roof that kept coming up whenever i went through car wash, he fixed it, no problem that same day. These guys are superb in every way. They did a fantastic job on my truck and even buffed it out! She looks brand new. Fair turnaround time. Nice people to talk to on the phone and in person for check out. They walked out to have me inspect the repair before I left. Toyota dealership recommended and they were not mistaken that these folks do great work for a fair price. Thank you fellas
Omg the best service I have ever experienced. Kevin the owner treated me so nice! His manager Mike Daley and assistant Jason were outstanding. My car is so beautifully fixed. It looks like a new car and the treatment t was like pre- Covid times when most People were caring and not trying to rip you off. Besides the beautiful work the customer service and care is outstanding. Please pick this body shop to repair your car, you won’t be dissatisfied and if you were to be they will fix it!! Had to have body work done to my car due to someone hitting it and the end result is why the name of this company is "Superb"... Although, there were a few minor hiccups along the way, the professional, above and beyond customer service, on top of the finished product is more than enough to write a review so that potential customers can know what to expect...
