Had them out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. Knew from the scheduling call that they would try and upsell me to a more expensive “thorough cleaning”. I just wanted the basic service and my dryer vent cleaned. Two gentlemen showed up, 25 minutes after the window given for arrival (they did text me).
