Tastes like old grease and chemicals
Dumplings are my indicator for great Chinese take-out and they were very good here: thin wrappers, not doughy, but also didn't fall apart when you go to dip a second half in sauce. Tea was in a sturdy to-go cup (no spills) rather than a soup container. Ordered online, paid in-person, everything was ready when I arrived, but still hot when I got home. Sauce and utensils were self-service, which I appreciated: hate to waste extras that I won't use.
