I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Petro-Canada located at 3775C Strandherd Dr, Nepean, ON K2J 4B1. During the car wash, my vehicle was damaged by the equipment. When I reported this to the manager, he unfairly blamed me for the incident and refused to provide a form to document and investigate the damage. 24x7 people lineup as it’s only Petro -Canada touch free in the whole Barrhaven. Be ready to spend 60 minutes (if you are lucky) in the line for a car wash . It’s not a great car wash though.
The door has been broken for over a month, and these guys don't seem to care about fixing it. Imagine how much chemicals are released into the environment during a single wash, with at least 1,000 washes per day. People with asthma and wheezing are especially at risk of getting sick if they happen to walk nearby. Regarding the actual wash, it is fairly decent, but they haven't calibrated it correctly, causing most of the washing liquid to be wasted during the main wash.
Wash quality subpar, dryer ineffective, wait always long, and apparently some angry customer took a hammer and broke it on Christmas Eve and they are in no rush to fix it.
