I went through this automatic car wash and noticed it skipped most of the cleaning process. My car came out still dirty — basically unchanged. I went inside to talk to the cashier, and she checked the cameras. But then she told me the footage “doesn’t look good” and claimed everything was normal. Seriously? If your camera can’t show what actually happened, how do you know it's normal? Feels like a scam. They’re taking our money but not delivering the service.
