I purchased the $12 dollar car wash, the bay didn’t show anything like pull forward stop I pulled in and out then checked my bank and confirmed that I paid for the car wash, I called the owner and told him my problem, I told him that the machine said approved then he said the machine should say confirmed not approved so he told me to swipe my card again and and I did while on the phone with him and again the machine said approved again and the wash worked he told me he will reimburse me my first $12 because now I spent 24 do... read more
I only use the automatic car wash feature here, but it works very well does a great job the only thing is the dryer doesn't dry the back of the car off very well but none of them do at any car wash, the most expensive option is only $10 which I love
Garage door would not open after swiping debit card for premium wash. I have called the company multiple times and left a voicemail but they will not respond.
