Fix your equipment! Nothing like paying $9 for an automatic wash, just to have the equipment fail halfway through the cycle. The arm got stunk at the opening of the bay, kept spray water and the door ever opened to allow me to drive out. After backing out of the bay, I had the joy of paying another $2.25 to rinse my car off. SO glad I paid for 20 tickets....

After paying $9 For the best wash they had, I got home to find my car was on the exact condition it was before washing. My car was very dusty -- which is why I needed a wash -- and it was still dusty when I got home, complete with finger streaks from my kids. For $9, I would expect a little more.
