I have used it once before and it did ok, not great but I wasn’t upset. Still had to go home and get the mud off by the wheel wells (there wasn’t much just normal driving). I usually prefer touchless because I worked at a car wash for years when I was younger and saw what can happen. This time no soap came out and it was $10 just to not clean my vehicle. I used the self cleaning side. Water pressure is very good. There is a very good amount of soap both in the brush and spray wand. I didn't use the dryer in the bay or the vacuum. I have 2 chamois to dry my vehicle because the rinse water leaves spots without it. I have tried the spot free setting and still get spots. I do a spot clean at Super Wash, chamois the car. I take it home and finish detailing it. It has its purpose. A way better deal than Cheetah Car Wash.
Terrible car wash. 11 dollar wash bay charged our card then no car wash. You would think there would be a message that it was inoperable. To add insult to injury, the 10 dollar wash bay did not provide spot free. What a rip off!
It's a car wash.... I used the automatic wash, wasn't very effective at cleaning the car, but it was fast and reasonably priced if you just need a quick rinse.
Hate that it doesn't have a dryer, but is definitely more reasonable than other options
