I went to use the automatic bay, but it is down at the moment, after speaking with the worker there, he is waiting on the part to come in, he was very kind and personally washed my car at the self serve bay so I wouldn’t have to get out!

the automatic car wash stopped washing half way through. the system would not move i had to back out with soapy detergent all over my car. i then went to a stall to finish the job and there was no wheel and tire cleaner that came out, just water. the water pressure was mid. and my car was full of soapy dry spots after leaving. my car looked worse leaving than it did when i arrived.
I love the drive through car wash, it works great. When it’s working,.. it seems to not be working more than it is working 🤷♀️
Awful. Automatic wash wouldn't start, went to manual wash and it charged me but the sprayer was broken.
