Visited over the weekend looking for balloons and bunting. Wanted to spend some money and be advised for our event, instead received uninterested and dismissive service. There was no choice of product, we were ‘served’ by a young cashier with no sales or customer service experience and an owner that sat in the corner and couldn’t even be bothered to get up off their stool to address us or ask if we needed help with anything. Won’t be back again.
The worst customer service by the mid aged lady. I would never recommend this shop.
Fantastic selection of ballon’s and party ware, easily best in Shepparton but that’s not even the best bit. The staff/owners provide excellent customer service. Very kind and generous. You’ve got a customer for life in me. Thank you for the get well soon ballon for me daughter she absolutely loved it!
Shocking customer service. I would never use these for party needs. completely unreliable, unknowledgeable, and all over the worst customer service experience.
Wow! Haven’t had customer service like that in ages. What a great team of real humans who take pride in their work.
