Warming do not use this company! They have a no refund policy and will only offer a small credit towards your next treatment but it won’t even be half the price, or they will come back within 14 days to clean again but it will be the same thing. After that nothing . I had called to get my medium sized area rug cleaned it was $235 to clean. It was quite dirty from not being cleaned in a while and there was a stain on it which I had tried to get out with soap. Don’t believe what they tell you on the phone. And read the reviews before hiring them. This company is not honest and looking at the reviews I am pretty sure a lot of them are fake. I gave this company a week to make things right, and in the end, I finally got to speak to the owner that would NOT do anything! They ripped off my elderly mother. I will also attach an invoice of the Duct cleaning of my moms 800 sq foot home to the end of this review. Also the prices of my 100 sq ft that was done today…. beware of these scammer... read more
