Over priced compared to quote. Left a mess I had to clean. Did not clean up after themselves. While the carpet stains were lifted I still had to scrub them away myself by hand. They’re pretty argumentative too so don’t bother giving feedback. Writing this for potential customers awareness only.
Super Value Home Services did an excellent job on my carpets. The two young men were quick, efficient and very respectful. I recommend their services.
Terrible company, they constantly spam call trying to sell there services. I asked to be taken off the calling list and they still persist. Had they do some duct cleaning and they inflated the price from what was advertised.
Had Super Value Home Services do the standard package duct cleaning on our home. We were quoted $299, but this does not included sealed joists, which were $50 each. So expect to pay more than they "quote". The technicians seemed to be in a rush as they did not bother to clean the duct covers and they left dirt and screws on the floor. Customer service did nothing for us. Extremely disappointing service for $650, would not recommend.
