Got my ducts cleaned, the work itself seemed quick and the before and after photos seemed to show improvements in the duct lines. The workers however did work not initially approved by me then recommended I do the work already apparently completed then told me if I didn’t approve the charges they would lose money off their pay check. Felt pretty scammy and a poor business practice by the company.

The upselling is ridiculous. To quote a price then charge double because "your carpet will always smell like wet dog if you don't buy the $130 scent upgrade" is ridiculous. Why would u ever leave your customers carpet smelling of wet dog?

Our dog was very ill. Super Value Home Services cleaned our carpets. After they dried, there was still a slight odor. They returned and cleaned them again at no extra charge. Everything was great. The staff were thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We used Super Value Home Cleaning to clean a basement carpet and stairs. The staff were wonderful and did a very thorough job. There were some surprises and they managed to get those cleaned up as well. Their efforts are very much appreciated.

I had a very good experience with Super Value Home Services on July 20th 2026. They came in and cleaned my carpets. They did an excellent job and I will use them again as well as highly recommend them. Very professional, friendly and punctual.
