Do you ever feel neglected and lonely? This company will give you the attention you are looking for. Just have them clean your carpets once and they will never, ever, ever stop calling, texting, and emailing you. Highly recommended! We called Super Value immediately after we had our carpets "cleaned" by another company using a "low water process" for our recent home purchase where the carpets had not been cleaned in quite some time. The service and results from the other company were absolutely pathetic so we decided to call in a different company in asap. Super Value was able to fit us in even tho it was very short notice. Only use this company if you want to be harassed constantly. These people call me every month then text when you don’t answer. I’ve repeatedly told them I’m not interested and to remove me from their list. I’ve asked them to stop texting and they said they would and then 2 weeks later they sent another text.
The team did a great job cleaning our couch, which gets a lot of love. They pulled so much stuff out of it, leaving the couch in like new condition. You couldn’t tell we have two young kids after they were done! Thanks for much.
Over priced compared to quote. Left a mess I had to clean. Did not clean up after themselves. While the carpet stains were lifted I still had to scrub them away myself by hand. They’re pretty argumentative too so don’t bother giving feedback. Writing this for potential customers awareness only.
