Had my house furnace vents cleaned for the first time. My house is still dusty. What I did notice was the Vac truck was on half idle, so not full suction when the vents were being cleaned. Can't say the job was done with best practices. The service person was in a hurry, which I'm sure didn't help the situation. It wasn't worth the money. Next, time I'll do it myself and fabricate my own vent scrubber on a drill and use a shop vac, which more suction than this service person used.
Unfortunately, it appears that Russ is no longer taking care of the business, I was a long time customer but no more. I had my house filled with diesel fumes from the truck exhaust (upper/basement) I needed to open all of my windows/doors for 4-5 hours to air out my house, next morning still had the smell of diesel exhaust!!! First time using this company, they were amazing to deal with, quick efficient and super friendly. Highly recommend them.
These Guys were amazing and efficient! Did the job well, had great attitudes! Had my furnace, ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Would totally recommend them.
