Received an alignment here about a month ago. Waited 4 hours because the tech made 5 separate attempts to complete the alignment. When I got the truck back it was pulling in the opposite direction with the steering wheel at 3 O’clock while driving straight. Lots of new noise as a result. Originally a 5 star because the people on the phone seemed nice and got me in right away. I recently went down to a 0 star as every time I brought my truck in something new broke on my truck... and eventually replaced every part of my front end suspension piece by piece at 567 dollars a visit .then all those new truck parts they sold me all failed with in 2000 miles of driving time frame .I had called back a few times patiently over a period of time trying to get this resolved . Had them regear my axles and do an alignment. Both axles weren't leaking anywhere before, now they both leak from both axle seals and the diff cover. Alignment was not done or wasn't done right. Half of my control arms were not tight and the rest are bound up. Very poor quality of work.
