I called the hotel I booked with to cancel my reservation due to an ice storm. They honored the late cancellation b/c of weather but said I needed to contact super travel to get a refund. Super travel wanted me to jump through a bunch of impossible hoops to do this. The hotel wrote up an official letter stating what had happened but since they couldn’t write it on “an official letterhead” super travel wouldn’t honor it. Hotelboeking werd geannuleerd, het geld werd door Supertravel wel afgeschreven, het hotel zegt dat zij Supertravel niets in rekening hebben gebracht. Ingestuurd klachtticket is door ze gesloten zonder contact of terugbetaling. Inderdaad oplichters!
Stay away from this website. They tell you they will issue a refund if you get an email from the hotel approving it which I had sent they never issued the refund. I called once a week maybe two months they kept saying that they were going to refund it so when you get back to me nobody ever did they will not help you they say they will this is a scam please save your money and troubles
As per several other reviews, I booked my hotel stay after midnight, so it technically booked me incorrectly for the next night. The hotel charged my card directly, Supertravel never paid for my stay, and although they made it sound like they would happy to help get me a refund, they required so many hoops to jump through and kept adding to the list of things they needed to prove I didn't stay the night I accidentally booked for, that it was clear they were just yanking me around with zero intention to refund me.
