I had a lovely experience here, the staff was super helpful and fixed the nail in my tire in under 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in Lillington needing a quick fix!
That nurse is a lovely lady, that’s what’s shocking to me !!!! This shop has to do better!!!! As an African American woman, I found this treatment deeply offensive and concerning. This experience raises serious issues regarding customer treatment and potential violations of civil rights protections in places of public accommodation. I am going to help her report it to the Business Bureau !!! As the owner did you contact the lady? Are you actually investigating this situation?
I went to a local tire shop today where I’ve been several times before, but this visit was very different. I pulled up and waited for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Another customer arrived after me and was helped right away. When someone finally spoke, they said, “we don’t have your tire.” I asked if they were speaking to me, and instead of responding, the employee walked off. They were racist. He told a lady in front of me “I know how you people are… everyone knows how you guys are.” Pretty wild.
Joke of a establishment went to get 4 tires mounted and balanced and they cracked my wheel and they don’t wanna replace it I will have to take legal action don’t ever do business here
