The place is clearly in disrepair. A couple of bays seem to be inoperative. None the less, I was able to wash my car using the central bay. Soap and water were perfectly fine. I didn't use the vacuum cleaners, but I saw a lady use one at the front. Probably some don't work. Cost is low. For me, it was a total of 7 USD. I would continue using this place.
