I would NEVER buy a storage auction from this facility. Facts: it was cash. I was not even the bidder. I paid $400 cash and the UPS employee did not put in register, he put it in two white envelopes. I was refused a receipt. My photo ID was never checked and I wasn’t even on the invoice for storage treasures. Rain Fehrman, general manager, refused to give me the cash back.
