Completely satisfied with service. Carpet looks like new when cleaned. His equipment is the best available. Used light rotary scrubber first than powerful steam unit. Carpet dried rapidly. Shawn is a one man business that takes a great deal of pride in the service he delivers.
Left 2 messages for this company and received no callback. I would not recommend anyone using this company due to their lack of responsiveness, bad customer service before even using them.
Great service owner, Shawn answered phone right away. Showed up on time and did the job and showed me the most powerful carpet cleaning machine money can buy. Very satisfied with how quickly the carpets dried and how clean they appeared and smelled. Will definitely call again!
