I called for a quote & in the middle of getting the quote I was asked if I could be put on hold. The office is clearly understaffed but as a business owner, the client in front of you is the one you deal with, then move on. Multiple ringing phones shouldn't be a good reason to put someone on hold (unless it a doctor's office) in order to answer other calls. The workers arrived promptly on time, and I appreciated how they wore protective boots to keep the winter mess from outside the house.
