I'm greatly disappointed with the service I've been receiving from Superstar Plumbing. I've contacted them on Oct 23rd to help me fix the plumbing for my new laundry machine along with other issues. They ignored me initially and then when I was finally able to get a hold of them and was promised an appointment, nobody shows up even though I've waited at home the whole day for them. I'm leaving this review on behalf of my neighbors. This company has honestly caused them so much grief. They're honestly taking advantage of the good nature of my neighbors! I myself would not be patient to wait weeks for these guys! They constantly do not show up for their scheduled appointments and keep my poor neighbors waiting. I think it's been months now since my neighbors had moved in and still they can't settle comfortably into their home and have issues with the plumbing and heating work from this company. Super Star Plumbing privided excellent services for insoection of checking gas leakage from fireplace. I highly recommend its services.
My bathtub was leaking in the middle of the night and gave these guys a call. The technician was at my house within 30 mins of making the call resolving the issue very quickly in a professional manner. The job was very cleanly done leaving behind no mess. Fully recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
These guys are very punctual with their time ,come on time. Good pricing of their service. Excellent job done by them at our house. Highly recommended
