April 6th 2025 at 1pm. Guy trying to up sell me was relentless. No receipt. He said go to the office. No you go to the office. Not a single towel available and the vacuum system was clogged. Maybe the guy harassing people at the kiosk should be working on the towels and the vacuum. Twice this week no receipt paper.
I really like this place. The staff are helpful and the cost for a monthly membership was a reasonable especially when comparing it to an individual car wash at any company.
They always are quick to help even if they are short staffed. The wash seems to never be broken down. And they actually have windows cleaner for customers to use.
From the moment I pulled up, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The wash itself was thorough, and my car looks spotless inside and out. They paid attention to the smallest details, making sure every inch was cleaned, even the rims and windows. The waiting area is comfortable, and they got my car done faster than expected. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommend!
