Denied service today, because I don’t want o to buy membership … ridiculous
First time at this location. Staff was friendly, wouldn't change a thing there. Whoever does the maintenance needs to be fired. The hanging strips of cloth thay wash the car are half missing. I had huge untouched area. Had to clean with the towels. Then went to use the air nozzle and its putting out more water than the car wash process. Someone needs to drain the tanks. I wouldn't go to thia location again.
It's what you would expect. Always great customer service. Devon at the Baseline in Phoenix location had always been helpful.
Great car wash and great employees! Shoutout to one of the workers named Tiyon who always works hard and helps keep everything running smoothly. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!
