Yesterday I paid $10 to have my car washed. When I went inside, they only sprayed my car with water. They didn't use soap, didn't clean it, didn't wipe it, and didn't even dry it. It felt like they were punishing customers instead of providing a service. I went back and told them my car was still dirty. It looked like it had only been lightly rained on, not washed at all. Damaged my brand new hybrid Accord on the first visit I recently moved to the area and signed up for a membership here, excited to keep my brand new Hybrid Honda Accord clean. On my very first wash (July 1, 2026), I ended up with a deep scratch on the hood, not the light swirl marks you sometimes expect from an automatic wash, but a real scar that went through the paint and clear coat.
