The back of my car was just as dirty after the wash as it was before. I paid for a full car wash and only received a 90% car wash. Manager explained that their car wash doesn't clean the back of SUVs and said he didn't know how dirty my suv was before I ran it through but that it just won't get the back clean and offered to run it through again and it still was filthy. So they charge you for a full car wash knowing your SUV won't be clean after you go through.

I drive all over DFW and have visited several of their locations. This location which is my “home” location is my very favorite. The employees are always so nice and helpful!! Darren is awesome at this location!! Shout out to him for being so nice and professional!! I love my membership!!
