ZERO STARS On 1/20/26, I purchased a car wash at Supertar Carwash, 9304 W Thomas Rd. While my vehicle was inside the tunnel and fully under the control of the conveyor system, the vehicle in front of me came off the rail, causing my car to be pushed forward and collide, resulting in damage to my bumper. Saul was very helpful today and made it easy
It's thorough and reasonably priced. They provide absolutely everything you need to clean your car. They used to have dash wipes and air fresheners out freely for customers to take but I can only imagine that people took more than their fair share. Now the attendant hands them to you but it's a nice extra gesture. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is their website. They're trying to make money on the memberships but it's impossible to even look at the plans without a bunch of pop ups and other offers. It's hard to nav... read more
