Mike and Celest both super Friendly and helpful. Microfibers free on site and air. The new management is rude, I was required to remove netting out of the bed of my truck that is tied down with 6 points of contact and designed to not come out as I understand safety concerns this was out of context. There weren't any interior wipes to clean the inside of the cab and no towels were out in 3 of the 4 bays I was parked in to dry my truck.

Recently went to this car wash and found the experience to be much better than the leading alternative, I had a great time and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Princesa was her name, she helped me with deciding what membership to sign up for to get the most out of it. Hank you for being so helpful

I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received. I understand this was an automatic car wash and did not include a full hand wash or hand cleaning. However, I still expected my vehicle to come out reasonably clean. Unfortunately, there were still visible dust marks and dirt left on the vehicle after the wash. One of the female employees standing inside the tunnel was supposed to properly guide the vehicle and use the hand pressure washer on the tires before the car entered the automatic wash.
