Both entry bays wouldn’t read my plate to apply my membership, 3rd bay was closed/broken. Wash itself missed a lot of spots and the dryers did close to nothing I had to hand dry it. Some self serve bays were missing all their vacuum hoses. Super star locations are usually great which is why I purchased a membership I guess the owner of this one is just lazy or stingy.
