I came here to leave a review on the unprofessionalism of the sales representative working on Sunday. Now reading through these reviews on damages and the standard response to submit claims and emails to another address while these people are not receiving responses is outrageous. I’ve been a long-time customer at Star Car Wash on Gary & Hunt, but my recent visit left me frustrated. I went in on Sunday, August 24, to wash my car and had a problem with the membership I had just renewed An attendant told me the manager would help, but when the attendant returned, he said manger was “too busy to help” and to come back tomorrow like WTH tomorrow??? The staff is eager to help and very nice. A family plan would be nice to have. I have more than one vehicle and there's no way I'm setting up another monthly wash. Here in the valley, it's mainly dust getting washed off so it's hard to justify more than 1 plan.
At times the vacuums are not hooked up when you don't see till you pull in
