I stopped at the Lake Pleasant location just to get a $5 wash and Emilee “helped’ me decide on a $11 wash AND I AM HAPPY THAT SHE DID!!!! She is adorable (reminded me of my granddaughter), extremely friendly and customer service oriented! She is an asset to your company!!!! Thank You Emilee!
I have been going to Super Star at 75th and Lower Buckeye for years, until Jerry was transferred to their 99th Ave and McDowell Store. I followed him to his New Location for one simple reason, he gets it done. He has always taken Great Care of all of my vehicles, to include my Company Vehicles. He and his staff provide wonderful customer service under his leadership, and I have found a Good Friend in him. Your Company is Lucky to have him, and I am lucky to have a Company treat me as he does. Keep up the good work. Thanks
10/16/2023 - Kid REPRESENTATIVE tells me the special car wash for the day is $11.00 and includes a free future wash with the receipt. Now, unbeknownst to me and a month later, they enrolled me in a monthly program and are charging recurring monthly $20.95 fees! Total SCAM. **UPDATE** 11/21/2023 - I DID "reach out" to them last week on their website "directly", since no one answers their phone. Their auto response was that "CDS Admin" would contact me within 3 days. Guess what? crickets... It's a SCAM and I'm sure the rep... read more

Do not get fool for their promotion, you are automatically become a life time member without knowing, thinking that you are getting one month free car wash promotion. Your credit card gets charge next month for regular price. Until you have to cancel it. Otherwise it is dishonest business.
Two employees were standing near the machine and instead of letting me use my card myself, they took my card and pressed a button. It said, “Out of Service”. Then they went inside and came back out after five minutes. They took my card again. I had already told them before at least five times I wanted basic car wash which is $10. They asked again and I said the cheapest which is $10. This time they pressed the button and it was not Out of Service anymore!!! So, I had a basic car wash. Got oil changed by Patrick. He is so very nice and got me in and out in great timing. Mandy at the cashier was so helpful to me setting up app. She was patient and cheerful...awesome customer service!
I would like to pose a complaint about the false advertisement, the text I received stated ALL UNLIMITED PLANS .01 for the first month, however when I went to the store on 99th Ave I was informed that it is only for express wash, however, my issue is the advertisement does not specify EXPRESS ONLY, it states ALL UNLIMITED, now I remember why I stopped being a customer of yours nearly 5 years ago.
