It's never open on time . Supposed to open at 7 might be 10 20 min or longer the mornings are the only time I can wash my truck. Most likely be canceling my membership soon as I can't use it when the business dosnt open on time .I've emailed the company several times but get generic we take this seriously but keeps happening
The idea of this car wash/vacuum center is super neat, but it hasn’t been executed well in our Gun Barrel City, Texas location. There’s almost always new people working there, and my boyfriend and I have nearly gotten stuck and almost ran into the back of other people’s cars several times now due to being told to go when there wasn’t enough space. Friendly and quick
This car wash was the best in town but the last month it has severely gone downhill. 75% or more of the vacuums have low suction, broken hoses, rags that smell moldy, and atleast once a week the cones are up due to the wash being broken. Today at 12:59pm everything was off and closed. The wash also isn’t cleaning our vehicles and we are having to wipe the dust & bugs off the wash normally washes. We will be cancelling both vehicles and going back to Bullet that while might not be as nice but always has working equipment.
I never have time to give feedback because if my busy schedule but today I made time because I wanted to let people know that I give Harvey 5 stars! I pay a monthly membership fee to get my car washed and cleaned, And vacuumed, etc. usually when I come, there’s a guy and he tells you to turn your wheels car this way that way keep coming and stop put your car neutral all of that well today not only did Harvey direct me on how to position my car, but he sprayed the entire front for me.
