I was refused a second wash when my vehicle was clearly NOT CLEAN. Natasha states that the GM says that's why you get a "membership " Don't go there if you want a CLEAN vehicle the first wash!

Got most expensive car wash, fenders still had debris all over them as the front did also. Drove back to the entry and the Employee said we do not let vehicles back in unless they pay again or would they refund my money. We had the membership for a while and my wife told me we were no longer going to go there because the Car wash is so Bad. I didn't believe her. Now I understand what she was talking about. We will not waiste anymore money here!
Kila was super nice and this was probably the best the washer and dryers worked!
