We have been customers at this location for a few years. Had a switch of cars and they updated their internal system. New system did not recognize our new car. Spoke to Brody (manager) at the location. He was very rude, disrespectful, and condescending as I tried to explain my situation. This was the second time this glitch happened with their system. After spending north of $20 dollars on the car wash I returned home to find the car was still dirty. The car wash didn’t clean the outside of the car. Further it wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but it was a brush car washed not a brushless car wash. Plus they took my phone number and my email address. Avoid this car wash if you can.
