I canceled my subscription. It is hit and miss if you get the pre wash spray. If you do it isn't thorough. Suction on the vacuums isn't great.
Super great service at car wash and manager Erc is great!
Don’t get the fast pass. All it does Is allow people to pass you fast. They take 10 minutes to work on one customer to sell him a fast pass while allowing the other ones to sit and wait. The license plate reader never works. I went there today and I believe her name was Alicia, but she allowed six cars to pass me When I had a fast pass. She was working on one customer. I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to Jay his co worker for going above and beyond for me yesterday. A really big bug flew into my car as I was about to pay for my service and I completely freaked out! His co worker, (I can't remember her name) called him over and he took care of the problem for me. I cannot thank him enough. Both of them provided me with exceptional customer service, laughs and warm smiles. You both rock!
The attendants are always cheerful and respectful.
