Horrible customer service!! The GM is a very rude and condescending person. I see there is a trend of dissatisfied reviews here... Also, reviews calling out how the GM is not kind or helpful. I wonder if corporate has picked up on this or even care... After the interaction I have had with the rude manager, I won't be coming back and have posted on various Social media groups to share my experience. Quick FYI - avoid the Super Star Car Wash! Horrible management and they do not assist when THEIR equipment damages your car. Instead, the manager Cuba, will have an attitude and point the finger at the customer. After I held my ground it turns out that he found my windshield wiper inside their car wash. No apologies at all! What did I get... He handed me my broken wiper and said any auto body place will fix this for you. This is without a doubt the most incompetent group of individuals there is and super star car wash should definitely remove each of these employees from their positions. I signed up for their was plan in person and the guy who was very proud to call himself the “general manager “ several times was the one who put everything into the system and did it wrong!
