I have only had the membership for a few months and found another car from an entirely different state on the account. Absolutely NO help from the customer service claims online. All I’ve been getting back for weeks are the same generic email stating they’re “looking into it”. The phone number directs you to the website for email assistance as does apparently the “owner” who responds to these which is all a direct dead end. The other automated option for “everything else” directs you to a number that is no longer in service.... read more
I’m here now ready for a car wash at 7:08 am and the place is not open. Hours online state that is open at 7 am? Not cool.
Steven at the car wash always provides outstanding service with great attention to detail. His friendly attitude makes me feel appreciated. His dedication and positivity make him a valuable team member and highly recommended.
