Jeremiah provided amazing customer service today. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and very helpful. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. He definitely went above and beyond, and it made my visit so much better. The car wash is lucky to have him!
Super disappointed with my experience here!!! While being guided onto the tracks the employee wasn’t paying attention he was looking the other way not at my car and my immediate thought was what the heck he’s not looking… when I rolled my window down he said next time I should steer more towards the right wall because I’ll give my self a flat and was rude about it.
