Been always a customer from super star carwash, for the the last past years I took my car for an shower, we were inside and I don’t know what happened the machine where you keep washing, the car stop totally and the front car hit my car on the back and no you guys don’t want to call me or contact me what’s your official number of headquarters? POOR QUALITY. POOR SERVICE. Car came out of wash with dirt splotches; no problem, I don’t expect a great job from an automated machine wash. But I do expect however, is that they rewash the car at no charge when the first time is so ineffective.. They refused to rewash the car. Also, didn’t offer to tape the rear wiper on the SUV hatch. All for $4 more than other places. . I’ve never had any of those issues at Eco Friendly on Avenidas Encinas.
Aaliyah and Juan Carlos helped me out after my car not being able to be scanned every single time for the last few times I’ve come and I’m super thankful for their help AND they are super nice! Thanks guys!
