I just moved into this area and I’ve only used the facility twice in a week. I bought the top membership. Both times the right side brushes weren’t working and the staff isn’t staying on top of the clean towels. All of the bins around where I was drying my car were empty. I ended up using my own towels. The monthly membership is pretty expensive especially the top tier wash and for that price the equipment should be working. I really want to give this place a 5 star rating but I can’t yet.
It’s new and appears to stay well maintained at the vacuum stations. I always have moist towels and usually see an attendant refilling the free wipe off towels. Fair prices for a good wash.

I used their service once and somehow I ended up signing up for a membership which I have been trying to cancel for two years and they make it impossible to do.
